Processing of tenders and calculation of projects in the premium segment
Evaluation of tender documents and projects, taking into account technical and contractual risks and opportunities
Determination of mass and costs
Price enquiries with subcontractors and suppliers and support in awarding contracts
Preparation of bills of quantities and supplementary offers
Data maintenance
What you bring with you
You are a civil engineer, architect or master craftsman
Professional experience in costing or the construction industry
Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook as well as user knowledge of a billing and costing programme
A high degree of technical and economic understanding as well as a sense of responsibility
Willingness to work, ability to work in a team as well as an independent, committed and careful way of working
Very good written and spoken German, at least basic knowledge of Spanish
