Your tasks
Study of the site in collaboration with the sales staff
Calculation of urban planning parameters (occupancy, buildability, etc.)
Drafting of preliminary projects (plans, sections and 3D images in Revit)
Maintenance of the Revit library (installation/structure of building components according to our standard)
Requirements
Degree in Architecture
Knowledge of CTE
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
Ability to work independently and proactively
Communication and teamwork skills
Fluent Spanish spoken and written; German is an advantage
